      Nothing much to say here.

      Cons

      Very bad management. No Open door policy. Salaries not given on time. Seniors are too rude to deal with. Too much of work pressure. They give wrong picture to candidates and hire them and leaving them with no option but to work with no job satisfaction.

      Pros

      Compensation and Early Bonuses are excellent compared to other startups in Bangalore. Friendly environment and fun place to work.

      Cons

      Company is still growing so there are no proper processes in place. Co-founders are entrusted with "manager" role instead of any actual managers.
