St. Luke's: RNs, therapists - Anonymous employee Inland Northwest Health Services Employee Review

In the past 5 years a lot of changes have happened, particularly at St. Lukes Rehab downtown. The therapy management is not supportive of staff, benefits have steadily declined, and pay is not competitive. That being said, other areas that St. Luke's has staff are much better. Enjoyed my time in acute care and outpatient. Management seems more proactive, supportive, and in tune with staff.
