Small organization with family like feel since it is family owned.

There is minimal leadership in guiding the company to the next step. There is potential for change and improvement but without the proper leadership and vision nothing has changed and there is no firm procedures in place for employees to follow. Lack of experience and accountability is prevalent on daily basis. Integrity is questionable.
