Cons
Career opportunities are unclear. It is not possible to transfer from the Budapest office to Austria or Germany, this is prohibited by the management. Business trips are limited. There are few corporate events, budgets are cut every year and much is simply transferred online. Mostly Hungarians work in the Budapest office, foreigners sometimes feel lonely and disconnected from the general story
