      Pros

      - team members, leadership and management are very people-oriented and want to ensure everyone is treated fairly - stability in teams, not a rotating door of people walking in and out - i feel trusted by my peers and by my manager to do what is needed in my role

      - compared to other consulting organizations there is less variety in the clients and type of work

      Pros

      This is a great company and very rewarding work. I get to leverage my tax knowledge and I also get to work with large clients (mostly Fortune 500) to enhance their tax footprint via software implementation. This is all remote work with very little travel. I also enjoy the variety of work and this is a challenging environment.

      No cons during my first year.
