You will work with highly intelligent people. C++ training is on the job with people who really know what they're doing and this is a great way to enhance your C++ skills while getting paid to do so.
Cons
Very non-competitive salaries compared to similar positions. The company is small and doesn't appear to have a consistent approach to things like performance reviews and pay rises. Deadlines are frequently unrealistic and even experienced software engineers are not consulted in this regard.
