Pros
Experience, ability to work independently, good, young staff base. As a distributor they choose the products well and offer better products than their competitors. If you do well you are left alone and treated well by the owners. The owners are nice and appreciative of you when you put up high numbers. You also get a broad range of experience as you sell so many different products.
Cons
They do not stock key products so customers are constantly made to wait. Also they only hire minimal amounts of people to service/support their products. If these people are not available (often the case) the customer has to wait again. Product training is minimal so be prepared to study on your own.
