Pros

Small team (might also be a cons), beautiful location downtown Montreal, you can learn a lot if you pay attention and engage with others. Health benefits are good. Diversity.

Cons

Managers consider gossips more than they care to really observe employees behaviour, seniors clinical coordinators are abusive to juniors and it is both known and accepted. The culture of gossips has rotten this place. Many junior leave the company because they are mistreated by other team members who gang up against them if they do not "fit" the way they would want (ie tell their personal info when asked). When you arrive in this place, you will think everyone gets along and it looks all nice and cute but after 6 months you realize they actually love to hate each other and many try to take all the credit for the good things and don't take responsibility for mistakes happening. It seems that the team spirit only comes when the company puts the employees in impossible predicaments. Then, they have to come together to complain, although it doesn't change much. If you don't manage to be liked by the people who influence the team, you will be miserable and they will push you to quit. Regardless of your position, if you are a junior, you won't be treated with full respect until they decide you are part of the team, and even then, always look over your shoulder...
