This company hire me in India. I took this job as I was fresh graduate. Many from my college join me. This is a company which is a SCAM. They are 2 sister who are running this company. They don't tell this to clients not even the employes. One sister bring project from her company and give it to another sister. They have partnership but no one know this. Project use to come from USA and deliver in India. Not a single project was delivered and client removed us from all project. Anyone was given any role and no support was provided. This company broke lots of laws and didn't give PF also. They call us one day and snatched our laptop and id card and send us on leave without pay. Project manager and America team was useless and don't have any idea to handle client. Find them on LinkedIn as Stralynn consulting. Scam company with lies about digital transformation.

Clueless leadership team. It is family business, and top team has no idea of what to do. No guidance from any one No straight Hr policy. No PF. All clients closed their projects. The company called all us fresher and developers and fired us one day. No set date of salary
