Front line staff are hard working and generally everybody in the operation wants to do a good job

The company is broken is many ways. There is no real strategy, no product, no new clients and the operation has been and continues to be massively under invested. CEO is poor, inexperienced and massively under equipped to be able to turn the situation around. The senior directors are not working as a team and I've heard that many are looking to leave as it is not an enjoyable working environment. I've also heard that many of the good reviews on here are fake - created by management to make it seem more appealing to try and attract new joiners, which is a very sorry state. Does have potential but needs a new CEO as its going downhill fast.
