      Pros

      Some of the best people I have ever worked with, several of which have remained as friends. Fantastic culture. Friendly managers. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      The company started to get more and more coroporate over the years after acquisition by CCL Industries. Salary was not competetive at the time of my employment, with any increases being pretty marginal. Bonus scheme was not linked to personal performance. Limited progression opportunities due to being a mature company (limited growth).

      Pros

      The people at the Tecumseh, KS plant are great people to work with. They are dedicated and care about the place.

      Cons

      It's an old plant with a lot of challenges and limited funds to do anything about it. Ownership is overseas and doesn't give the attention the place deserves.
