We’re sorry we fell short and you didn’t have a positive experience working for Innovu. We value your comments and acknowledge there are challenges to working at a rapidly growing company like Innovu -- your feedback about culture particularly resonates with us, as we, like you, believe implementing a positive and supportive culture is critical to the happiness of our employees who fuel our continued growth. So what are we doing to improve? We recently embarked on a company-wide cultural development initiative to lay the cultural foundation at Innovu. We defined the type of company we want to be and are implementing intentional rituals to integrate those cultural values into our daily work routines. Furthermore, we are experimenting with an innovative technology solution that gives our employees a way to provide regular, continuous feedback to one another -- including and especially our management and executive teams -- and that feedback is 100% based around our newly defined cultural values. We are also rolling out a revamped interviewing and onboarding process that supports our efforts to hire the right people for our culture, and subsequently give those team members the training and development they need to be successful. As you may suspect, those process changes are also closely tied to our cultural values.
