      Pros

      Working at Innowi has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The team is supportive, collaborative, and always open to new ideas. As a 2D Animator, I’ve had the chance to work on diverse and engaging projects that have really helped me grow creatively and technically.

      Cons

      Nothing major. Deadlines can sometimes be tight, but the team makes it manageable.

      Good product, hands on team effort.

      Cons

      Needs to work on better appointment setters. Pay is weird, you need to do their online ordering to get paid. No real stability to make money. They pricing keeps changing.
