Disappointing, lonely, unfulfilling - Lead Writer Innuity Employee Review

Really nice people, tight group = good communication between employees in the office. Management very understanding of life issues. Office officially closed the week after Christmas.

Outside of one individual, no clear leadership. Never really knowing what is going on with the company. Very vague sense of direction with lots of band aid fixes.

Some very nice people among the rank and file.

Arrogant management. Don't expect a bar-be-que at the bosses. Even the management don't socialize among themselves. Never met such a bunch of unhappy people. Management can't be bothered to greet staff in the AM or as they walk through the office. Sales compensation plan changes so often that you never reach the last goal they set for you. But they will harangue you for not meeting it. Some supervisors lack people skills, but are allowed to harass staff continually. Only the desperate would stay there.
