I am delighted to write a positive review. I have been working for over the past few years in a role that collaborates with varios team leaders and leadership team. During my tenure here, I have witnessed tremendous growth and development within the organization, which is truly commendable. One aspect that stands out about our company is the understanding that any maturing organization requires significant changes to operate effectively. It is not uncommon for individuals to make career decisions and choose to leave our company, and it is essential to recognize that their experiences may not reflect the majority. Additionally, there are those who have departed on good terms, further indicating that our company fosters a positive work environment. In my 20+ years of professional experience, I can confidently say that our organization is unparalleled when it comes to caring for its employees. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, our company made the admirable decision to provide alternative options to avoid laying off any employees. This level of commitment and support during such a difficult time showcases the company's dedication to its workforce. While recent departures may have raised some concerns, it is important to understand that these changes are a natural part of a company's growth. Making necessary decisions and implementing strategies to deliver the desired results for our clients and achieve our goals and objectives often involves adjustments to the team. These decisions, although difficult, are necessary to ensure the company's long-term success. Exceptional leadership and guidance have been instrumental in our organization's success. Leadership's clear vision, strategic planning, transparent communication, empowerment of employees, resilience, and support have set a strong foundation for a positive and transformative journey. Their unwavering commitment to change has inspired confidence and positioned us for continued growth and prosperity. Furthermore, I appreciate that our company values feedback and is open to constructive criticism. It is crucial to acknowledge all comments, including the negative ones, and leverage them to make continuous improvements. This commitment to self-improvement demonstrates the company's desire to be better and adapt to the evolving needs of both employees and clients.

Cons

1) Excellence requires hard work and hard work requires dedication - Not your regular 9-5. We need to compete with some established players. We need to expand our strong reputation . We need to grow and expand. Until these fundamental phases of our company's maturity roadmap have made consistent progress, the dedicaion and effort from most employees in some roles are paramount. Expect to be recognized for working extra but except to work providing the upmost commitment. - Inovatec is working to balance our commitments with the dedication of all employees and make sure we provide the necessary balance to keep an energetic workforce committed and balance time outside the workplace. 2) Maturing means things take time. We are all part of the change and our input is needed. Except things to not be fully automated; however, our leaders are constantly working on ensure repeatable business critical processes and executed timely and accurately. Only possible with automation. 3) Some communication channels requiring improvements. Successful communication happens in many way and we need to consolidate some. We are working to improve how to streamline our communication channels for internal business and also with clients. 3) Our success is possible with great talent and talented people need upskilling paths to improve. We are focusing on the essenetial training needed to execute job functions effectively. Great talent makes this easier but we continue to work on some job functions and teams to expand the baseline training needed for our workforce. 4) Technology innovation is fundamental for our success and proper planning, roadmapping, and execution is crucial. Teams and leaders work very hard to strategize and delivered all planned work that's part of a larger roadmap. Roadmaps will have more transparency some teams.

Shared Challenges: The experience of layoffs among managers underscores the shared difficulties faced by employees and leaders within the organization.

Cons

Executive Focus: Management exhibits a concerning tendency to disproportionately emphasize employee mistakes, even in cases where these errors stem from sudden process changes implemented without adequate documentation or explanation. Employees often find themselves navigating ambiguous directives and unspoken expectations, resulting in a climate where misunderstandings and missteps are commonplace. This fixation on negativity undermines morale and disregards the valuable contributions made by individuals, ultimately fostering a demoralizing and disheartening work environment. Toxic Company Culture: The absence of compassion and empathy among senior leadership has created a toxic work environment characterized by pervasive micromanagement, relentless nitpicking, and instances of verbal abuse. The recent poor hiring decisions in the executive level has only compounded these issues, further contributing to a sense of disillusionment among employees. Additionally, one new executive have adopted a dictatorial approach, exacerbating the oppressive atmosphere within the organization.

Pros

They paid and nice people (not newer management besides Vlad who worked with his team).

Cons

- Unrealistic expectations. If you don’t work 60 hours a week, you will be kicked out. The current team won’t speak up or will be booted like the previous, as a revolving door of employees. - Newer leadership (VV and PH) is creating a toxic workplace, removing people who care about the company and its teams' well-being. - Current team is looking for new jobs, but forced in current market to stay. Hating every moment being at the company. - Moving most positions to Serbia since clients bail.
