      Pros

      Inphi truly cares for the employee. When the opportunity came as a result of an acquisition in another country, I was relocated there to be with my family even though I interact mostly with Inphi California.

      Cons

      You're expected to work very hard but the rewards came in multiple ways.

      Inphi was the best company that I worked with over the years. Great team, great products, and spectacular execution under a fantastic CEO.

      I really have no negative comments, except we sold to Marvell, and the ride was over.
