Cons
A very difficult and disappointing place to work. Employees are expected to bend to every demand from management, while that same flexibility and understanding is rarely offered in return. The work environment often feels dehumanizing, with decisions driven more by numbers and revenue than by genuine care for employees or the families being served during an incredibly vulnerable stage of life.
The new upper management team should seriously reflect on how they treat people and the kind of oppressive culture they are creating.
