Low Salary & High Workload: The salary is significantly lower than industry standards for the amount of work expected. You're often required to work late nights and weekends, but there’s little compensation or appreciation for the extra time. Unrealistic Expectations: The workload can feel overwhelming, and there’s a constant pressure to deliver more without additional resources or proper time management. The balance between work and personal life is hard to maintain.
