Pros
The people at Inseev are some of the smartest and hardest working people I have ever met. They care about excellence at all times and strive to be the best for themselves and their clients. You can learn tons about digital marketing & SEO no matter what your role, and you'll work on a varied roster of clients. Also, the perks of casual, open office with dogs, lunches, happy hours, etc are great, and they have not tapered off even as the company grows.
Cons
Working at an agency is challenging - it's often busy and there's a ton of stuff going on at any given time. While there has been a ton of improvement in ensuring teams have bandwidth/breathing room each month, there are still frequent periods of high stress/lots of deadlines that certainly aren't for everyone.
