Not much upside. It's a small company so you're capped out in your role. You can use that to learn and grow but there's no vertical career movement. Company can't make clear business decisions. Many choices are made on feelings or anecdotes rather than on quantitative data. Company wastes a ton of time and resources by constantly pivoting and trying to save money in odd ways. Tenured employees opinions are worshiped while newer employees opinions and thoughts don't matter.
