There are so many great reasons to work at this company that I don't have time to list them. Let me just say that this is the best job I've had in my career, and the best people I've ever worked with. I only left because I moved out of state and working remotely was too difficult. One of the best parts of the job was working in the office and being in the great environment that was created there. The work isn't easy, but it's rewarding. If you're willing to do the work and push yourself, management will work with you to make sure you're successful. But you have to do the work. Like any career, success isn't handed to you but if you're willing to dial the phone all day long (and there's a great break schedule to make sure you don't burn yourself out) you can do very well there. An exciting thing about this company is the clients they work with. You'll have the opportunity to work on some fun and exciting projects with some of the latest technology. You'll always be learning new things and getting exposed to some cutting edge stuff. Again, I mention the people I worked with. These are simply the best people you'll ever find in an office. I made some great friends there who I still call friends to this day. If you have the opportunity to work here, do so.

There are some days that are harder than others, and some projects that are tough as well. It's not really a con, just a hard fact. Put in the work, and the success will come.

I haven't been here long but wish I'd heeded the previous posts on here. I learned that the positive posts were planted by the owner who told people to put positive things on here. In fact most of the positive posts are from employees who've recently left in this mass quitting that's been going on the past few months. This place is really a call center no matter what else they pitched it. There's a lot of dishonesty and I'm looking to leave, but seriously if you're looking for a position and have any other options I would really talk with some people at the company I wish I did. Now I'm looking for a job again and have to explain why I was only at this one for a brief period. I guess it's hard to make a call center seem fun, and I think management really tries to do so, but I wish they would have said so up front. They're hiring a ton of people right now, so if you need a job, you're pretty much guaranteed one but it's making for a really skeezy environment and an incredibly unprofessional group of people.
