      They have a great training programme, can’t fault them on that

      Cons

      - very clique-y, they talk about ED&I but didn’t feel one bit of inclusion and equity, take a look at the London team & if you don’t think you’ll fit in, you probably won’t - Young managers not being able to manage properly - Heavy on gossip & appearances

      Pros

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
