Pros

I've been a consultant for most of my career. Sometimes I worked for firms, sometimes I consulted freelance. Insight Global is an outstanding consulting firm to work for. They work with top firms. Their recuiters and account managers understand expertise of candidates and requirements of clients to ensure a really great fit the first time. I'm really impressed. I know I got placed correctly as I am sufficiently challenged, my skills are an exact fit, and the corporate culture where I work matches my values and comfort level. They ensure appropriate valuation of skillsets. My recruiter stays in touch with me to ensure all is going well and that any questions are addressed. I couldn't ask for a better consulting firm to work for. I was able to leave a permanent position that was destroying me to pursue a much better professional match that was a better match for my overall well being. I'm glad for the talent, skills, reputation and professionalism of Insight Global!

Cons

I can't name any cons- I just haven't experienced any.

Pros

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Cons

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
