      Pros

      I love the go getter up beat environment of Insight Global! The place and people you work with have a lot to do with your attitude at work and I can honestly say walking in the door every day my mood automatically shifts to 100% positivity due to the setting and the people!!!

      Cons

      Working at Insight Global is not a walk in the park. It is HARD work, every day. But if you want to push yourself and grow as a person and employee this is definitely the place to do it. You will get as much support as you need and the best road map layed out for you to be successful. The success is honestly in your finger tips. If you do choose to work hard, all of your hard work is constantly going to be recognized within the entire company!!! Not only publically recognized but monetarily as well!

      Great company to work for- competitive comp plan and you can make really good money.

      Cons

      It’s hard work but if you are willing to put it in it pays off

      Pros

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
