      Culture, coworkers, location, trips, that’s it really

      Cons

      Managed by a lunatic. One of them is a drunk and has her favorites. You are managed like you’re in high school. It was almost like a day care for adults. They make you write reviews on company so they are constantly ranked amongst best ceo, place to work, diversity. It’s mandatory and you do it quarterly

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Cons

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
