Pros

The people you work with. Made a few good friends.

Cons

Literally the worst experience of my entire life. They hire a bunch of "professionals" that are straight out of college. When I was interviewing for the position they didn't even glance at my resume or ask me anything about my intellect, mostly just what you do for fun/ if your hobbies include happy hours and booze. During the whole process, they describe what the account managers do on a day to day basis, not what recruiters do. They make it seem like you'll be training to become an account manager, then you will become an AM in the first 6-8 months. You show up at 7-7:30 am every morning in business professional attire, even though you sit in an office all day. Girls are told how their makeup and clothes should look and heels must be worn at all times. Guys must wear a suit and tie. During the long day you are expected to conduct as many "interviews" over the phone. Which really consist of cold calling these innocent people and promising a job you know they will never get. It is all about hitting numbers and a popularity/beauty contest. While working here, I was more ridiculed by my outfits and hair, than my actual performance. They berate you down and make you feel like you know nothing. It is a high stress environment that is not professional in the least bit, which is what you get when not a single person above 30 works at this company. The weeks are long, I worked on average 60 hours a week, with very little pay. All in all, it was an awful experience, it gave me stress and anxiety that was not necessary. The turnover rate is very high (most last less than a year) and they want recruiters to post fake positive reviews on glassdoor to make it seem like an "Awesome" place to work. Seriously, avoid at all costs. You learn nothing useful for future career opportunities.

Pros

Can make good money, your coworkers are great

Cons

- work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
