Insight Memory Care Center is the kind of workplace where professionalism meets warmth. Leadership is approachable, grounded, and focused on solutions rather than ego, which creates an environment where everyone feels respected and supported. Recent leadership and staff changes have brought fresh energy and new ideas, making communication smoother, teamwork stronger, and the organization more cohesive than ever. My colleagues are one of the highlights of working here. Even on busy or challenging days, laughter is common, small celebrations happen often, and staff instinctively support one another. There’s a real sense of camaraderie, which you can feel in the way people pitch in without being asked, collaborate on creative participant activities, and celebrate wins together. Every decision and action is guided by a commitment to person-centered care. Staff are encouraged and empowered to provide thoughtful, individualized care, and training opportunities ensure everyone is equipped to do so effectively. I am grateful to be at an organization that not only embraces positive change, but is intentionally focused on continuous growth, including strengthening our programs, expanding our impact, and investing in the ongoing development of its staff. I am glad to be here during this transformational time in our 41-year history. The future is indeed bright for Insight.
