Pros

Paid time off Food trades

Cons

They will set you up for failure. They will prioritize new employees over seasoned veterans. They will cut your hours for the season and tell you to get a second job. They will take advantage of your hard work and give nothing in return. They don't care about who you don't want to work with and why. They might schedule you to work by yourself on a busy night to cut labor costs. There is unnecessary drama from higher ups and coworkers alike.

Pros

One of the few companies that are fully operational during the “night owl” hours. The cookies are absolutely delicious, and employees are encouraged to try them all and share the cookie bounty! Staff was incredibly friendly and diversified, and management was available and approachable. Stores are well organized, everything is labeled and within easy reach, making every shift run smoother

Cons

Employees should be given more training, especially drivers commuting from other parts of town. There are “guidelines” (aka rules) posted everywhere and it was a little excessive, which may be more indicative of the times we live in, though.
