Cons

_issue not just on Inspidea but all studios, we lack of man power. _bad project planning might leads to chaos such as clash deadline, crossed project within same team. _we have lot of great talent quit just because of high pressure.

Pros

Bottomless supply of Milo. That's it. Literally that is the only pro when I was there.

Cons

Horrendous work hours. Expect you to stay back until 1-3 am to catch unrealistic deadlines set by people who don't even animate and just talk to the clients. Then you are expected to come to work the next day at 9am sharp. Quota system is horrible. Agreed pay can only be achieved if you hit the quota which sometimes there isn't enough work to even hit the quota. Resulting in less pay. All the senior good animators have mostly left except those that have no hope, no family to go back home to, and are miserable old men. The good senior animators have been replaced with fresh grads and interns. Expect a drop in quality. Toxic work environment. Management is bad and has been very bad for so long. After many complaints, the higher ups act like nothing is wrong and everything is perfect and everyone is happy. Whether oblivious or delusional, I don't know. Many people have left before and after me, and they have achieved greater things. If you are reading this and you are not sure about Inspidea, you can do better. Much much better.
