Small organization, and was hard to move up the corporate ladder.

There is plenty of room to learn and develop. My supervisor regularly checked in with me not only to see how the my work was going, but also to see where my interests are and how your short-term/long-term goals can be achieved. Co-workers are great here as well. I really enjoy working with my immediate team, as well as closely related departments. Events like the winter lunch and company party are always fun and great ways to meet others at different sites.

It takes a while to get the ropes on understanding what the company is and what our role may be. There is no rushing the process. It takes times to develop the knowledge on how my role really works and how it connects to and impact others in the organization.
