Pros

- Enables it's people to branch out and try things outside their comfort zone - True focus on the employee (work / life balance, maintaining reasonable hours, investment in people through training and social events). - Partnership with clients - Inspire11 actively works with clients to find solutions and partner together to realize those solutions together. This leads to better results for the client and provides Inspire11 team members with a shared sense of purpose and drive.

Cons

- As Inspire11 continues to grow, a renewed and continued focus on maintaining core values is critical. Inspire11 does a great job of this today and I hope Inspire11 continues to drive focus here as we expand our local markets and open new ones in the future.

Pros

Its up to you how much you want to get involved, as a lower and middle tier consultant. More and more work is required in more Senior levels to help with proposals and sales, Sr Consultant and above. I've found that I've learned and been able to work on 5x the amount of stuff in 1 year than I did in 5 years at my last job. Very dynamic job with lots of opportunities to do different things and get experience if you simply raise your hand or take initiative, which is great. But I will say almost everyone I've worked with has been friendly and excellent.

Cons

The company wants you to get involved and do a lot of things internally, i.e. help with proposals, do interviews, etc. But they also require a hard 40 hours billed to the client per week. This means they're assuming you work well over 40 hours per week to do everything you're being asked. Or you can say no to those internal things, but if you want to advance, you won't do that. I don't like that pressure, it is burning me out. If I was okay not advancing I could coast and say no to company things, and only work on client things in my 40.
