The team makes the working environment - it has been bad in the past but currently, it's great!
Cons
Certain managers/directors expect you to work overtime and outside the contracted hours if they can get away with it and ask for things done on the same day often. The same is not followed when it comes to reimbursement of extra hours worked or expenses.
