      Pros

      The only reason I can think of are the employees who are incredibly welcoming and fun to work with.

      Cons

      Everything else! The higher management is a joke. The will try their best to put you down. All of the top management are basically the CEO's puppets. The owner and CEO of the company is undereducated, arrogant, impolite, petty, racist, narcissistic, abusive to say the very least. Shame that he has control over the lovely team I worked with.

      Pros

      From my last 3 years of experience here in Instashop, I was able to not only learn and grow career wise but also personally. The entire team is supportive and always open to suggestions and feedbacks. Instashop is more like a second home to me and my team mates are absolutely awesome! The culture is amazing and if you are willing to grow, the management offers great career opportunities which is rare in a lot of companies.

      Sometimes shift timings could be a small struggle but it's manageable
