      good colleagues, ready to help. Good flexibility in hours

      Cons

      non present HR, a lot of fancy schemes for career development but not implemented in reality. No boundaries for contact outside work hours. Low trust from team leaders

      Pros

      Clear development and progression paths in the department with additional pay, as well as the Career framework in the company. Culture is built on user love, great place to work and the majority are really great colleagues.

      Cons

      As always in a Customer Service, the shift-rotations are difficult, since they are not a normal working week - mon-fri, 9-5.
