Pros

Not the place if you want crazy growth, but if you just wanna get paid and not be stressed, it's fine. No fake "team building" stuff, you just do your work and go home. You can listen to music while working, no one cares as long as you deliver.

Cons

Some old tools and systems are a real pain to deal with.

It required patience and problem-solving since I often dealt with frustrated customers and this skill was useful to me The fast-paced environment kept me on my toes, but I liked finding fair solutions and making sure our service stayed reliable.

Pros

I can test UI hypotheses, refine workflows, and implement new ideas with strong team support. The development process is fast-paced, and feedback is always constructive. The roadmap is clear, and deadlines are realistic, making it easier to prioritize tasks effectively. The focus is on improving user experience for both buyers and suppliers. While the platform is well-established, there’s plenty of room for optimization and experimentation. However, there are moments when long-term design solutions are sacrificed for quick fixes. More time for fine-tuning complex features would be ideal. So to summarize, I love the creative freedom and support for innovation. Clear task allocation and structured processes. Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the platform.

Cons

Speed-driven priorities can hinder attention to detail. Limited resources for large-scale research and prototyping.
