This is one of the most micromanaged work environments I have experienced. There is a fundamental lack of trust in employees, and every action feels scrutinized rather than supported. Work-life balance is a myth here. Availability outside office hours is treated as an unspoken requirement, A large portion of the CTC is variable, and that variable component is frequently not paid out. The organizational culture appears more invested in monitoring employees than in building systems that allow them to do great work. Even the most basic perks are absent. There are no real employee benefits — not even proper tea or coffee in the office.
