We are sorry to learn that your perception has been that Instiglio has not offered enough opportunities to grow into the management positions and that the organization has rewarded other aspects such as having a master's degree over contributions and performance. The performance review system we have put together is meant to be performance- and contributions-driven, and over the last year, we have made significant changes to improve its effectiveness to grow and develop our staff.
