Pros

Executive Management is passionate about the mission of ICA. I've worked in the corporate world for 20+ years. When I came to ICA, I wanted to do something to make a difference and not just a CEO a profit. ICA's benefits are very generous and I am very grateful that they are able to provide the benefits they do as a non-profit agency. In the corporate world I had to pay a cost for the health insurance premiums, match 401k, etc. At ICA benefits to the employee are paid 100% and are really good benefits. Executive Staff/Board appreciate all staff and are more than generous with willingness to help employees in any way they can.

Cons

ICA grew really quick and it has been a learning experience. There has been bumps in the road and disorganization between implementations. ICA has implemented new policies and has put in procedures to streamline processes. Growth opportunities have been limited due to the nature of the business and size of the agency.

Pros

Benefits, work from home, compensation, holidays, paid time off

Cons

The Missouri team is terrible, it has poor management and high turnover. Opportunities for career growth, such as promotions and increased pay are rare. Changing teams involves physically relocating to another state.
