Once Jen Choi became the CEO, the workplace culture critiques in past Glassdoor reviews were openly addressed, and genuine change was made, using employee feedback. To her credit as a great CEO, these changes have made it easier to do great work while also feeling genuinely valued as part of the team. Overall, ILPA has been a place where I’ve grown both personally and professionally, and I’m grateful for the opportunities and support I’ve received here.
