AWFUL and DEHUMANIZING - Anonymous employee Instrumentum Employee Review

Everything. Every active employee is miserable. On camera 24/7 and called and yelled at about movement real time. Feels like you're in prison. No holidays are celebrated as a staff. They don't want you talking to one another. Management is terrible and never there but somehow always in the right about stuff they're 1200 miles away from. They put people who have never done a day of SPD in charge. You can't do ANYTHING right in the eyes of management. You can do 99% of your job flawlessly but will have that 1% failure rammed down your throat and never hear about your successes. These rich dudes are just going around absorbing off-site companies but neglecting the ones they already have. It's a chop job. They'll be selling their "product" soon enough. NO 401K and the "benefits" are horrible. Also, enjoy only getting 3hrs of PTO per paycheck. You'll be able to go on vacation in two years!
