Pros
The company provides numerous opportunities for growth and leadership, along with a supportive environment where individuals feel comfortable asking questions. Its culture is inclusive for all employees, making it a wonderful place to work. I am proud to be a part of this organization. Regarding ISI's products, the Enterprise systems is excellent, and there are regular updates for product enhancements.
Cons
In any job, due to client demands, work-life balance can be challenging. It is not bad at ISI, however, on an occasional basis, this can happen.
