      Pros

      Very nice and smart people. Culture seems to be a high sticking point.

      Cons

      High turnover and low morale equals poor customer service. Continued drawing blood from a stone even from clients that have been bled in the past. Company mission dominated by PE ownership.

      Cons

      Low pay. No clear path for advancement. Leadership is inconsistent. Over committed to validating their huge investment in AI. CEO feels aloof and entirely disconnected from every other employee.
