Cons
- cog in a wheel - very process driven - change can be slow - locus of control is very narrow - can be cutthroat - not for the faint of heart - your replacement is usually breathing down your neck - the approach and philosophy they take to providing service to customers should be adapted to how they treat staff - it isn't and employee at in the claims environment is very low.
