Be aware of what you are getting into before you commit - Claims Representative Intact Employee Review

Pay is not great. Intact sells that they have competitive salaries. Maybe for some roles, but certainly not for Management. Intact is not the place to be a manager. Low pay for managing multiple teams of employees. Some upper managers dont listen to their direct reports and constantly want to make changes without any input. Can be very self serving. Constantly being pushed to move to new roles without having proper time to master current role. To many double standards and inconsistencies.
