I have been employed by this company for over 14 years. My story was that I worked in another contact centre and had always wanted to work for RSA so whilst still being employed I joined RSA as a customer manager to get my foot in the door and to progress my careers. So here I am today as a team coach. RSA provides you with the skills and knowledge should you wish to progress and they recognise talent and support you fully. Amazing place to work and would recommend to anyone to come and work here. Salary is great, hours of work are good. If you want to be part of a great time come and join me.

No cons at all. I consider my working contract and conditions great. I cannot fault this company they are great to work for.
