No Employee assistance exists for people reporting bullying by management. Even with a perfect 12 year record and outstanding results the response from HR was it's one persons word against the other. I eventually got support from my L3 manager who nipped it in the bud but I'm not sure most people would have the confidence to go that high. HR should do better.
First year I worked there, I got an outstanding rating, next year they said what you did last year is now what we expect from you every year, that's your normal so to push for an outstanding you have to practically kill yourself. It promotes an unhealthy work-life balance and frankly it's unachievable. If you go above and beyond every day you should be rewarded for it.
