      Never run out of work so you can have a long career here

      Cons

      Poor management - kept in the dark, told conflicting information, struggle to get answers, will need to be with union in order to get basic support and understading Poor career progression (person's nature is picked over skills) Quantity is preferred over quality work

      Pros

      Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

      Cons

      They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
