      Grace period for benefit is 90 days, Take to long to accrue and use vacation time, You receive a point when using sick time, No incentive programs.

      The managers are some of best I have ever had. When you need help they are always willing to step up and help.

      Cons

      Sometimes mandatory overtime is inconvenient.
