Pros
- Complete Transparency. Nothing they did or said is unexpected because they are very clear with communication.
- Sticks to their culture. Their handbook states all their Core values and my chain of command sticks with them without hesitation. They set The Code of ethics and conduct and practice them. (Build trust and credibility, respect individuals, open and honest communication, set the tone at the top, and use good judgement.)
- Clear and concise. Goals, communications, and intentions are straight forward and based on logic.
Cons
It can be seen as a pro, which it was for me, but lack of micromanagement can be seen as lack of management for people who need guidance. I did not experience any cons from this though but needed one to submit this.
