- HR , now and then threatens employees to ruin their career. And they have really done it. - At the time of joining, HR will promise to increase the salary after 6 months. But after 6 months , they will let employee know that they have increased their salary with 0%. - Management will humiliate employee now and then, and threaten employee to kick out of the company. - Higher management doesn't have any vision or business skill. - Company is run by family and friends, so no body is ready to listen any complaint against each other and so as there is no improvement in management. - Company runs on only one small client. - Hire and fire policy - HR will play around with employees experience letter. i.e they won't give proper experience letter - 80% of the employees (Total of around 100 or 120 employees) are on probation and company will keep on extending the probation for 2-3 years mentioning poor performance of the employee. i.e 80% of employees company have hired are not meeting their expectations. - Company will take a sign on bond papers , the bond will be of 2 years and values in lakhs and lakhs, they will never provide bond copy to employee. - At every few feet, CCTV cameras with audio will be there. And employees computer screen will be continuously monitored.
